Your details.

Andrew J. Crook is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. Mailing address: 768 Maitland, London, ON N5Y 2W3, Canada. Questions or requests can be sent to andrew@andrewcrook.ca.

What I collect and why

These forms invite you to subscribe to emails from me, Andrew J. Crook. I collect your name and email address to keep in touch, and any message you choose to send so I can respond. The book subscription includes access to the first-edition PDF. I record the form used, submission time and version of the signup wording to document your subscription.

Personal updates, books and events

Clicking “Contact me & subscribe” or “Subscribe & get the book” requests occasional personal updates, book offers and event invitations by email. Offers may include the Scrooge second edition paperback and audiobook. You can unsubscribe anytime. Contacting me directly by email or social media does not subscribe you to these updates.

Earlier submissions retain the consent choice made at the time. This change does not subscribe previous contacts or override an unsubscribe.

You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing andrew@andrewcrook.ca with “Unsubscribe”, or by using the unsubscribe option in an email. Requests will be actioned within 10 business days.

Who handles your information

I do not sell or rent your details, or share them for another party’s marketing. Netlify processes form submissions and hosting data, and email-service providers may process correspondence on my behalf. These services may process information outside Canada. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.

Keeping and removing information

I retain correspondence and book requests while needed for the purpose described above. If you opt in, I retain the consent record while relying on it. You may request access, correction or deletion by email. A minimal unsubscribe record may be retained to honour your choice, along with records needed to meet legal obligations.
