Why I Adopted the Massive Momentum Philosophy

Before I get into why I adopted the Massive Momentum philosophy (Also known as the build/work/meet your list mind set) you need to understand the opposite of this approach which is sold by fake gurus all over the internet.

You see these “business coaches” all over Youtube, Instagram and other social channels. They all use the same click-funnel sales technique where they get you to click through to their busy landing page that has multiple attractive, and often discounted programs. All of their packages offer vague promises of “making great money” or “winning sales without ever having to prospect”. Heck, some even claim that “prospecting is dead!”-- which is of course a lie designed to separate you from your hard earned cash.

Before you ever decide to pay for a coaching program, I strongly recommend you do your homework. There are a ton of people who will try to sell you a membership where they will end up teaching you something you could have learned in a $20 book (by a real guru). If you are looking for examples of fake gurus who were exposed, I would highly recommend checking out CoffeeZilla.

Any professional sales master will tell you there is no shortcut to success. There is no magic bullet or new “sales funnel” that will replace good old-fashioned sales techniques and that is exactly what build/work/meet your list is all about. To be successful in sales you don’t need a fancy click funnel, you don’t need to spend a penny on leads. There is an abundance of business all around you. My team has generated over $1,000,000,000 (yes, 1 billion) in real estate sales without ever buying into a click funnel or lead generation system.

How did we do it? By following the tried and true methods taught by sales masters worldwide. Here are the key concepts behind the build/work/meet method.

  1. Trust: This is the foundation of any long-lasting relationship. You have to be authentic and real for people to actually want to buy from you (long term).

  2. Buyer focused: This approach to sales puts the salesperson in the buyer’s mindset. Sales that is focused on only the product or service completely misses the point that the buyer has a problem and needs it solved.

  3. Understanding: I cannot stress how important it is to build a business around truth and understanding. People buy from people they trust and everything you do in build/work/meet is about building a relationship.
